Differences between JMAIL and AJR accounts

JMAIL and AJR accounts are both hosted on the same email server.  JMAIL is the primary/default email domain.  For that reason JMAIL user's username is just the first half of thier email address.

JMAIL Account
Name: Tom Simith
Email Address: tsmith@jmail.umd.edu
User Name: tsmith

AJR user's username is their complete email address.

AJR Account
Name: Tom Simith
Email Address: tsmith@ajr.umd.edu
User Name: tsmith@ajr.umd.edu

The username is the only difference between the two accounts.  Both JMAIL and AJR users should use jmail.umd.edu for their imap and smtp server.  For the web interface welcome page, AJR uses can use http://jmail.umd.edu or if they prefer, AJR users can use http://ajr.umd.edu.
