Workshop Session Availability
While convention sessions are offered throughout the day, scheduling conflicts sometimes present challenges. Identify workshop session times that you are not available to present the session, if selected.

Workshop Session II - 1-1:50pm

Workshop Session Type
Lecture Session
(Lecture-style session with presenter providing 3/4th of the information/material. Brief question and answer session at the end of the session. Session is very structured.)
Roundtable/Discussion Session (Moderator-style session with presenter facilitating dialogue with the session attendees. Some material prepared and provided in advance to stimulate conversation. Session is free-flowing.)
Hands-on Session
(Hands-on session with presenter having session attendees apply techniques/skills. Material/exercises prepared in advance for hand-on application. Session is very structured and the number of attendees is limited.)


Equipment/Room Needs
Identify equipment and/room needed for the workshop session.
Standard Room - Room with tables and chairs.
Technical Capabilities - Standard room with one computer terminal and/or audiovisual equipment for projection purposed.
Laboratory Capabilities - Computer laboratory with computer access for presenter and attendees.


Workshop Session Outcomes
Identify three to five things/concepts attendees should obtain/acquire from the workshop session.
